Hiring Employees By The Numbers

Wouldn't it be great if you had a crystal ball at an interview that could
tell you if the person you are interviewing is right for the job? Most
people do not realize that applying just a little bit of Numerology when
reviewing a job application or resume can go a long way in giving you
some magical advice on the subject of whether or not to hire someone.  

First you need to define the job and what you are trying to accomplish
with it and then just look at the first letter of a job applicant's name for
a clue to their character and see if there is compatibility.

The first letter of a person's first name is called the Cornerstone in Numerology and it tells us the way
you approach opportunities and obstacles and gives us insight into what kind of an employee you
might be.  Usually a person has more of that number showing up elsewhere in their Numerology chart.

Lets say just for an example, you are looking for someone with leadership qualities, out of the box
thinking and also a self-starter who would not need a great deal of supervision. You should look at all
the applicants whose name begins with an A, J or an S.

Need someone to be a team player, supportive, diplomatic and detail orientated?  You are looking for
someone who's name begins with a B, K or a T.

If you happen to need a person with a great deal of creativity and a wonderful imagination with an
artistic flair and sunny disposition, look no further than people who's name begins with a C. L or a U.

If your criteria is a responsible, hard-working, methodical individual who you can count on to get the job
done, then choose a person who's name begins with a D, M or a V.

Does the job description require multi-tasking, flexibility, willingness to travel , or marketing and sales
genius?  Start calling all the applicants who's name begins with N, E or W.

If you need a person who deals with the public and a good personality is a must and also is extremely
balanced then choose a person who's name begins with a F, O or an X.

Now if you need a person who is good with technology or someone who's job involves research and
analysis, look for a person who's name begins with a G, Y or a P.

If you are hiring in any financial field and need someone who is a natural born authority and is also
good with making money, H, Q and Z are the letters you are looking for.

And finally, if the job involved any type of social service or charity work, I and R is where to look.
